Sundays are for

. Sunday, 22 January 2017 .

It's hight time to bring back Sundays are for on the blog and Instagram. Sundays have fast become one of my favourite days of the week. I love the slow starts, the morning that seems to go on forever, not to mention the brunches and smell of coffee. I think of my Sundays as an essential luxury.

This morning I woke up at 8:30, read a few pages of the book I'm currently reading, stayed in bed for a bit more doing nothing just because I can, watched a few clips from the women's marches around the world, danced to this song from La La Land, and scratched my cat's tummy.

I'm off to brunch and a film in a bit with one of my bestest friends. No better way to spend the rest of the day than this! Here are my Sunday essentials:

Acne Studios Shirt - the comfiest white t-shirt. I love that it feels like loungewear or something I wear to bed, but it fits lovely and it's nice enough to wear out without looking too sloppy. The weather is a bit strange today so I'm thinking of wearing my leather shorts with it or maybe some fat pants because let's be honest there's nothing better than plopping in a cinema in comfy clothes while you lose yourself in a movie.

YSL Touche Eclat - this product is all about adding light to the face. Sunday sleep ins + touche eclat = magic.

Soleil Tan De Chanel - it's a bronzer slash make-up base that I am completely obsessed with! This deserves its own blog post so I will save all my thoughts for that. Honestly though this is one of the best purchases I've ever made!

Chanel Rogue Allure Velvet 62 Libre - bought two new nudes from Chanel last week! This one is from their latest collection that may or may not be limited edition. It's the perfect pink/nude.

Byredo Rose of No Man's Land - this scent reminds me of one of my staycations at The Langham! It's hotel rooms and comfy beds and roses and luxury in a gorgeous bottle!

If you want to play along and follow this little project, just use #sundaysarefor and let's get the Sunday vibes going. How are you spending your Sunday?
